The bike is exceptionally smooth and generally comfortable. The seat is a bit too soft but you can put a standard bike seat on it. The pedals can also be replaced with standard bike pedals if you want to use your bike shoes. The electronics work fairly well. My only complaint has been the slow loading of the additional Virtual Active locations. The negative review of the Vision Fitness U40 Touch is either a older model or the reviewer is a moron. The handle bars secure with two screws and they are very stable. Make sure to check your LBS because I was able to get mine delivered and completely setup for $1400.
