Assembly got down to the last box that when opened included the pedals. I thought that box had the monitor in it but no. Amazon support said that I would have to go through Vision Fitness to get the missing monitor. I argued that I didn't purchase the bike from them therefore it should bet up to Amazon to obtain the missing monitor. To make a long story short it was easier for Amazon to have me return the bike to them. Amazon said that I was to disassemble the bike into smaller items and then to box them up in as many boxes needed for return. It took me four hours to unpack and assemble the bike. Now it was up to me to go out and obtain large and small boxes possibly having to purchase them, tear down the bike and pack it all up. It would take much more time than the four hours to do this. Was Amazon kidding? Shipping truck arrived and took back the bike fully assembled.
Sending the bike back to Amazon was a huge loss of money for them not to mention very troublesome for me.
