My husband and I just finished assembling our treadmill which was no easy task. We were excited to begin to use it and were confused as to why the treadmill wouldn't start. It must not be an uncommon occurrence as the instructions tell you to call the company for support before you return the treadmill. I called the company and was told replacement parts would be sent out to me and then a technician will contact me to come and repair the treadmill. Surprisingly the replacement parts can't possibly even leave the supplier's location for at least three more days and will take approximately 3 more days after that to arrive. Only time will tell how long I will have to wait for the technician to come and hopefully get our treadmill up and running. So much for looking great for the holiday! I think the representative I spoke with at Sole Fitness had a very cavalier attitude about our defective product. I won't purchase from them ever again.
