Landice has extremely poor customer service. Given that a lifetime warranty is predicated on stellar customer service, Landice is misleading customers with a customer service model that is unavailable and unhelpful. I think it would be a stretch to say they have a model at all, quite honestly. I assume when I pay a premium for a product that there will be added value to that product. Landice promised this added value with their lifetime warranty and thus far my experience with customer service has been less responsive than that with my 10 year old Reebok treadmill. I spent a great deal of time considering which treadmill to purchase. Significant buyers remorse. Very disappointing.
