The first day it was installed by the technicians, was the day it broke...Fortunately, only the plastic board that covers the motors and wires snapped off. I did not expect it to break so easily, and at the hands of the technicians who are supposedly knowledgeable about the assembly of these machines. The technicians tried to give an excuse by saying these boards were manufactured and assembled with some old parts, which only made me worry even more. However, the technicians did say they were going to use the send a replacement cover board within ten days. Luckily, knock on wood, nothing else has broken yet and hope it stays that way.
The pros about this machine: Very easy to use and store. However, like I said in the above, it feels quite flimsy, especially when folding and unfolding the machine. Another good thing is that it is mp3 compatible and you can watch youtube videos or listen to music by connecting through wifi. They also included a heart rate monitor, which is pretty cool.
Cons: Fans are very squeaky, like someone is screaming in the background...not sure if that is a problem, but the technicians said it was supposed to be like that. Other things: broken plastic cover board, audio wire is not included, or they could have just gone with bluetooth...
Overall, though, it is not a bad machine for the cost, but it is not great either. I just hope that the machine lasts for awhile.
